We use registration information (name, shipping address, phone numbers, etc.) to contact customers in regards to orders placed at Banner Bay Marine or its site partners when necessary.

Credit Card Processing and Security Guarantee
Banner Bay Marine strives to make shopping online a safe and secure experience, and we're willing to back it up with our Credit Card Security Guarantee.

Here's how it works:

Our secure server encrypts all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site. We use the latest 128-bit encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. This includes your name, shipping address, email address and credit card number and expiration date. The encryption process takes all of the personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet. If you experience fraudulent use of your credit card as a result of using your credit to make a purchase through Banner Bay Marine, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

If your credit card provider holds you liable for some portion of the unauthorized charges and if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted (through no fault of your own) from the use of your credit card to purchase through the secure server at Banner Bay Marine, then Banner Bay Marine will reimburse you for the liability up to a maximum of $50.

Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Banner Bay Marine purchase, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with your original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or return your money.

Order Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations via phone. However, our Customer Service Team may not be able to cancel an order depending on the stage of the process.

Here is a brief overview of the stages of an order within our system:

1. Orders are placed on-line and verified with an e-mail confirmation.
2. Orders are downloaded frequently per day to the database.
3. Orders are assigned with a tracking # and packaged.
4. Orders are picked by UPS and shipped.

All orders are cancelable between stages 1 and 2. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee the success. If the order cannot be cancelled by our Customer Service Department, the order can be refused upon delivery. Once the package has been returned back to us and processed, the credit card used to make the purchase will be credited for the purchase price of the item(s). Unfortunately because we have incurred the shipping charges they cannot be refunded

Order Tracking
Order Tracking provides our customers with real-time status information of orders they have placed with Banner Bay Marine. This report can be accessed by entering the tracking number from your confirmation email in the space provided on our home page.

Credit Cards & Taxes
Internet vendors are required to collect sales tax in any state where they have a physical presence, therefore we must charge the required 6% sales tax in New Jersey where Banner Bay Marine is located.

For your convenience, Banner Bay Marine accepts Visa and MasterCard. You may make your order online, via fax, or by sending a check or money order. Items will be shipped as soon as checks clear.

Banner Bay Marine guarantees the security of your credit card purchases through its Credit Card Security Guarantee.

Privacy and Financial Transactions Policy
Banner Bay Marine recognizes the importance of user privacy. We do not rent or exchange the e-mail addresses of our on-line customers.

Any financial information you provide for ordering Banner Bay Marine products is held with strict confidentiality through secure Internet connections and is routed behind a "firewall", accessible by a limited number of employees with special access rights. User information is encrypted at your browser and then decrypted when it arrives at Banner Bay Marine. Your financial data will not be released to any person or entity other than those responsible for processing your orders. We do not collect and/or sell personal financial data to any entity for any reason.
